Extremely helpful staff. They kept in contact with me overseas and did their best to keep my trip the way I wanted it.
We went to them to book a cruise for our honeymoon. Katie was great! She did everything! She had all of our paper work in order and told us what we needed to make sure we had in order to get on and off the ship. We would definitely use them again

Do not ever use them to plan a cruise. Barbara never returns emails or phone calls. Takes weeks to get questions answered. Misplaced our file. I could have done better myself booking thur the cruise line online.
